Brings nearly two decades of experience, including over 13 years with Korn Ferry (including Hay Group), where she was a founding member of the research team and later served as Global Research Leader, building and leading high-impact research capabilities.
She holds a PGDM from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Master’s in Economics from University of Calcutta.
Brings nearly two decades of experience, including over 12 years with Korn Ferry (including Hay Group), where she was part of the core Knowledge Centre team and went on to lead global business research operations, partnering closely with consulting teams to deliver solution-oriented insights.
She began her career with Moody’s Analytics and holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from IIPM.
